How to find the right goals?
It's important to set the right goals for your daily intake. Here are some guidelines:
- Calories: The average adult needs about 2000-2500 calories per day. If you're trying to lose weight, you should aim for a calorie deficit. If you're trying to gain weight, you should aim for a calorie surplus.
- Protein: The average adult needs about 50-60 grams of protein per day. If you're trying to build muscle, you should aim for more protein.
- Carbs: The average adult needs about 200-300 grams of carbs per day. If you're trying to lose weight, you should aim for fewer carbs. If you're trying to gain weight, you should aim for more carbs.

"I'm looking for information on daily calorie and protein needs for a 49-year-old female who weighs 150 lbs and runs for 50 minutes at a moderate pace 4 times a week. She also does light weight training twice a week. She's currently trying to maintain a healthy weight but might be interested in building some muscle.
She does not have any dietary restrictions"
